- Combine the finely chopped carrots until they form a smooth puree. ≈ 4 min
- Transfer the carrot puree to a linen cloth, and press to extract all the liquid. ≈ 3 min
- Cook the carrot puree in a medium-sized saucepan for 5 minutes.
- Add the psyllium powder to thicken the fufu.
