Directions
- Combine all the ingredients in a food processor and blend for 5 minutes.
- To create a cake pan with a diameter of 26 cm (10 1/2 inches). ≈ 3 min
- Bake at 160 °C (165 °C/Gas Mark 3) for 45 minutes.
- Check if the cake is cooked through, then remove it from the oven and let it cool in the pan for 10 minutes.
- Carefully remove the cake from the pan and place it on a wire rack.
- For the filling, combine the cream cheese, sugar, and butter in a bowl until you have a smooth and creamy consistency. ≈ 4 min
- Spread the cream evenly over the cake using a spatula. ≈ 4 min
