Directions
- In a pot, bring water to a boil with peeled onions, cut into quarters, and add salted pork bones to extract the substance from the spinal column’s cartilage.

- Remove the leaves from the sorrel, discard the stems and any bitter membranes, and then chop the leaves into small, even pieces. ≈ 8 min
- We retrieve the cooked onion and mix it with the almonds, white wine, and saffron. ≈ 3 min
- In a pot, we cook the cabbage.
- Prepare a pan with olive oil, then add the mixture mentioned above.
- Then, let it simmer until it thickens.
- Add the carrots and ham slices, and let it simmer for a while.
