Directions
- Carefully peel the tangerines, removing all of the white pith. ≈ 8 min
- Rinse the strawberries to remove any dirt, then cut off the stems. ≈ 8 min
- Thread the fruits onto thin, pointed skewers, made of bamboo, alternating between strawberries, grapes, and tangerines. ≈ 3 min
- Pour the sugar into a saucepan with 100 ml of water. ≈ 3 min
- Melt the sugar over medium heat.
- Continue to cook until the syrup turns a light yellow color and thickens to the consistency of syrup. Then, remove from the heat. ≈ 3 min
- Please note: do not cook over high heat, as the sugar will burn and become bitter.
- Quickly dip the skewers in the syrup to coat the fruit.

- Let it dry for 1 to 2 hours, until the sugar has hardened and become crisp.
- For a sweeter and thicker coating, repeat the soaking process several times. ≈ 3 min
- Arrange the skewers on a plate and decorate with fruits according to your preference. ≈ 2 min
