No-bake lime cheesecake
A no-bake, creamy cheesecake, served on a buttery biscuit base, and flavored with lime and vanilla. It is best prepared the day before, and kept chilled.
A refreshing and flavorful base, without the need for baking: the biscuit base and the cheese filling soften nicely when chilled.
