Directions
- Wash the green beans and place them in glass jars filled with water, ensuring the lids seal properly. ≈ 2 min
- Place the jars in a sunny location. ≈ 3 min
- After seven days, remove the beans, empty the jars, and wash the beans. ≈ 8 min
- Wash the jars very carefully and return the beans to them. ≈ 2 min
