- Once you’ve collected the sea beans from the market, be sure to thoroughly wash them and remove any tough roots and the earthy part at the base. ≈ 2 min

- Next, in the pan, add the chopped garlic and onion, stirring gently until they turn a dark brown color.
- Once the onions and garlic are cooked and releasing a pleasant aroma, add the pre-chopped spinach, sliced fresh peppers, and salt to taste. ≈ 3 min
- Return to the original recipe, using vegetables like onions and garlic, then reduce the heat and cover with a lid.
- After a few minutes, the water will begin to evaporate naturally from the vegetables, and they will become tender. ≈ 3 min
