Directions
- Rinse the rice under water. ≈ 2 min
- Place two-thirds of the oil paint and one clove of garlic in the pressure cooker. ≈ 3 min
- Once the garlic starts to brown, add the leek and carrots, and cook for a few more minutes.
- Add the rice and cook for 1 minute.
- Moisten with the broth and close the lid.
- When the steam escapes, cook for an additional 10 minutes.
- Let it rest until the steam has subsided.
- First, open the soy sauce and then mix it with the last third of the oil paint. ≈ 4 min
