Directions
- Cook the broad beans and green peas separately, ensuring each is cooked just until tender.
- Keep the green pea broth, and once the broad beans are cooked, peel them.
- Make the onion sweat by painting it with oil paint in a jar.
- When the onion is softened, add the garlic and cook together over low heat until lightly browned.
- Once the vegetables are cooked through, add the bacon and flour. ≈ 3 min
- Cook for one minute, stirring with a wooden spoon or spatula, then add the broth. Continue to stir to prevent lumps from forming.
- Once the broth is simmering, add the vegetables and cook for one minute. Season with salt.
