Directions
- Combine the garlic, rice wine, soy sauce, and powdered broth until you have a smooth marinade.
- Season the chicken cutlets with black pepper. Place them in a plastic container with the marinade and coat them well. Let them marinate in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
- Drain the cutlets to remove excess marinade. Dredge them in flour, then in beaten eggs, and finally in breadcrumbs.
- Pour this, pour about 2.5 cm of oil paint in a deep saucepan and heat to 180 °C. Fry the cutlets, turning them occasionally, until they are cooked through.
- Drain them on paper towels and serve with fragrant rice. ≈ 2 min
