Directions

  1. Cut the meat into small cubes and season it with salt to your liking. ≈ 8 min
  2. In a pot, heat the oil paint.
  3. Add the meat and onion, and I’ll be back.
  4. Season to taste with black pepper. ≈ 2 min
  5. Then, add the fresh cilantro, finely chopped. ≈ 3 min
  6. Add the tomatoes and cook for a few minutes, stirring occasionally. ≈ 3 min
  7. Add the meat broth and the pumpkin.
  8. Mix well, cover the pot, and let it simmer over low heat for about 20 minutes (if needed, add more broth).
  9. Serve with white rice. ≈ 2 min

  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 tomatoes, diced
  • black pepper with a strong flavor, and parsley
  • Fresh salsa and cilantro, to your preferred taste.
  • white rice to serve with
