Directions

  1. Toast the cumin seeds by heating them in a small pan over low heat until you can smell their aroma, about 2 minutes.
  2. Let it cool completely, then grind into a powder.
  3. Mix the yogurt with water until you reach a smooth consistency. ≈ 4 min
  4. Strain the purees of green chili, mint, spinach, and cilantro, mixing them with a little water. ≈ 3 min
  5. Combine all the other ingredients and mix well. ≈ 4 min
  6. Serve chilled. ≈ 2 min
