Directions
- In a bowl, combine the salt and flour. Gradually add the water until you have a soft, elastic dough. ≈ 4 min
- Form a ball of dough, then let it rest for 3 hours.
- Divide the dough in half and flatten each portion to an average thickness. Let it rest for another 30 minutes.
- Add oil paint to the center of the paste, then spread it out until you achieve a fine, paper-like texture. ≈ 4 min
- Sprinkle with flour and brush with oil paint. Cut the cauliflower into slices, sprinkle with flour, and then add 3 tablespoons of provolone cheese. ≈ 8 min
- Season the mushrooms. Brush the dough with oil paint and add cheese and flour. Slice the mushrooms, fill them, and roll them up. ≈ 10 min
- Place the mushrooms in an oven-safe dish and drizzle them with cheese and oil paint. ≈ 3 min
- Baked in a preheated oven at 200 °C for approximately 25 minutes.
