Directions
- Mix the flour and milk together, then set aside.
- Heat the oil in a pan and add the chopped onion until it softens.
- Add the ground meat and cook until it is browned.
- Add the curry powder, turmeric, fruit paste, vinegar, grapes, salt, and pepper. ≈ 3 min
- Crush the excess dough and mix it with the meat mixture. ≈ 4 min
- Pour, pour, in a greased baking dish. ≈ 3 min
- Mix the egg with the milk, then pour over the meat. ≈ 4 min
- Arrange the bay leaves on top. ≈ 3 min
- Bake at 180 °C (175 °C) for approximately 35 to 40 minutes, or until the custard is set and lightly golden.
- Serve hot with yellow rice, vegetables, or chutney. ≈ 2 min
