Directions

  1. Melt the butter and add the fruit until it is lightly golden.
  2. Add the flour and mix until the mixture turns a light brown color. ≈ 4 min
  3. Next, add the broth and continue to stir to prevent lumps from forming.
  4. Finally, add the wine and season the sauce with salt and pepper. ≈ 2 min
  5. In this sauce, cook the peeled and roughly chopped apples over low heat (with the lid on the pot), stirring gently from time to time to prevent them from sticking.
  6. Before serving, check that the dish is flavorful enough, and add the finely chopped parsley just before serving. ≈ 2 min
