The beef shin becomes very tender thanks to the pressure cooker. The red wine and onion create a rich sauce, perfect to serve with white rice.

Directions

  1. Wash the shrimp under running water and cut them into small pieces. ≈ 8 min
  2. In a pot, cook the meat with the onion, gradually adding up to 200 ml of water until it begins to simmer.
  3. Add the salt and hot pepper, then let it cook for a few more minutes. ≈ 3 min
  4. Next, transfer to a pressure cooker and add the wine, the remaining water, and the bouillon cubes.
  5. Seal and cook for about 20 minutes under pressure.
  6. Serve with white rice and mashed potatoes. ≈ 2 min
