Directions
- Slice the meat into thin strips (about 2 mm thick). ≈ 8 min
- Place a sheet of plastic wrap over the work surface, then lay the cut meat on top and cover it with another layer of plastic wrap. Press down on the edges with the back of a knife. ≈ 3 min
- Pour each layer, pour a small amount of olive oil on a large plate and arrange a layer of beef on top. Season with salt and pepper, then continue to add layers of beef. ≈ 2 min
- Cover the dish with cling film and let it marinate for about 30 minutes.
- Toast the pine nuts in a dry skillet.
- Place the meat on individual plates. Cover with pine nuts, Parmesan shavings, and, if you have it, a drizzle of truffle oil. ≈ 3 min
