Directions
- In a pan, melt the butter and add the bacon and onion.
- Add the barley and stir until it is coated in the fat. ≈ 4 min
- Pour in the broth and add the ham bone.
- Bring to a boil.
- Continue to cook over low heat until the barley is tender.
- Add the egg yolks and cream. ≈ 4 min
- Let it heat up without boiling.
- Season to taste. ≈ 2 min
- Garnish with chopped mushrooms and parsley. ≈ 10 min
