Directions
- Mark the size of the dish on the leaves and cut them to size on a cutting board, to prevent edges from sticking out and remaining raw. Oil the bottom and edges of the dish. ≈ 3 min
- In a mixing bowl, beat the eggs, then add the Greek yogurt, crumbled feta cheese, and yogurt. Mix well. ≈ 4 min
- Place a whole sheet at the bottom of the dish and drizzle it with a few drops of oil. Repeat with a second sheet, then continue with the scraps, assembling them and oiling each layer. ≈ 3 min
- Divide the filling into three equal portions, placing each portion on a separate, greased sheet of parchment paper, reserving about 2-3 tablespoons of the filling. ≈ 3 min
- Finish with a whole sheet of pastry, brush it with oil, and spread the remaining filling on top to create a crust. ≈ 4 min
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180 °C (350 °F), with top and bottom heat, for 30 to 40 minutes.
- Serve with ayran, yogurt, compote, or boza.
