Directions
- We open the package containing the pasta. ≈ 3 min
- To prevent the edges from being undercooked and not browned, we first measure the size of the dish. ≈ 3 min
- The pasta is then cut to the desired size on a cutting board, using a sharp knife. ≈ 3 min
- The bottom and sides of the dish are then greased. ≈ 3 min
- Next, we count the number of pasta pieces in the package. ≈ 3 min
- In a large bowl, the eggs are beaten. ≈ 3 min
- Then, we add the yogurt, grated cheese, and a portion of plain yogurt. ≈ 3 min
- The mixture is thoroughly combined. ≈ 3 min
- We take one of the dough sheets (one that is not torn or accidentally punctured) and place it at the bottom of the dish. ≈ 3 min
- I add a few drops of oil paint. ≈ 2 min
- We add a second layer of dough and then sprinkle it with oil paint again. ≈ 2 min
- We begin to put the chopped pieces together, trying to form a single mass. ≈ 3 min
- Between each formed dough, a thin layer of oil paint is applied. ≈ 2 min
- Depending on the number of layers in the package and the number of layers we have placed together with the pieces, we distribute the filling evenly across 3 locations. ≈ 3 min
- You must always spread the filling evenly over a whole sheet of pastry, which has been coated with oil paint. ≈ 3 min
- Reserve 2 to 3 tablespoons of filling. ≈ 3 min
- The remaining amount will be divided among the three layers. ≈ 3 min
- Finally, we finish by covering the dough with a layer of oil paint and the remaining filling (to create a crust). ≈ 3 min
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius on both racks for 30 to 40 minutes.
- It is typically served with ayran, yogurt, compote juice, boza, and other similar beverages.
