Directions

  1. Get an oven and preheat it to 175 °C. Place two baking sheets lined with aluminum foil inside. Heat up some butter or oil paint.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the sausage, chopped onion, beaten eggs, Worcestershire sauce, and bread flour. ≈ 4 min
  3. Cut each beef leaf in half. Brush one side of each beef leaf with beaten egg. ≈ 8 min
  4. Divide the preparation into 4 portions. Place one portion in the center of a piece of beef, roll it up, and press it to keep it together. ≈ 10 min
  5. Cut each roll into nine pieces, without cutting completely through. Use a knife to place the whole rolls on the baking sheets. Brush an extra layer of beaten egg on top. ≈ 8 min
  6. Bake in the oven for 30 minutes, or until the flour is golden brown and the sausage is cooked through.
