Directions

  1. Combine the walnut meat with the pork and 1/2 teaspoon of salt. ≈ 4 min
  2. Fill the empty walnut shells with this mixture. ≈ 10 min
  3. Remove solid impurities from the tamarind water. ≈ 3 min
  4. Mix all the ingredients for the spiced mixture, then pour it into a pot with the oil paint and cook until the flavors develop.
  5. Add the chicken and cook for 5 minutes.
  6. Add the water, tamarind juice, and walnuts, then bring to a boil.
  7. Cook for 20 minutes.
  8. Remove from the heat, allow to cool, and store in the refrigerator for a few hours, ideally overnight.
  9. Heat and serve with steamed white rice.

  • 100 g of ground pork
  • 1 kg of chicken, cut into pieces
  • 1 liter of water
  • 2 tablespoons of oil paint
  • 1 tablespoon of tamarind pulp soaked in a cup of water
  • One small, salted tea puppy
