Directions
- Dredge the fish fillets in flour, salt, and pepper. ≈ 10 min
- Melt the butter in a baking dish. ≈ 3 min
- Arrange the fish fillets on top. ≈ 3 min
- Combine the beer, Worcestershire sauce, and mustard, then pour over the fish. ≈ 4 min
- Bake at 190 °C.
- Bake for approximately 35 minutes, basting with the sauce occasionally, then remove from the oven.
