Directions
- Preheat the oven to 175 °C.
- Apples, peeled and cored, then cut into thin slices using a food processor. ≈ 3 min
- In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, cream, salt, pepper, and nutmeg-flavored walnuts, to taste. ≈ 4 min
- Add slices of apple from the ground. ≈ 3 min
- Pour the mixture of apple and cream into the mold. ≈ 3 min
- Firmly press the potatoes with a spatula and sprinkle with cheese. ≈ 2 min
- The apples, placed in the center of the oven for approximately 50 minutes, should be cooked until they are tender and have a beautiful golden color.
- Next, fry them.
- In good shape, let it cool and solidify.
- Remove the mussel gratin from the dish and, using a sharp knife, cut it into 12 pieces. ≈ 3 min
- Arrange the pieces on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. ≈ 3 min
- Preheat the oven to 175 °C and bake the apple gratin for 10 to 15 minutes.
