Directions
- Peel the apples and cut them into thin slices. ≈ 8 min
- Cook the Jerusalem artichokes in milk, cream, chopped Allium ascalonicum (leeks), and spices for 5 to 10 minutes, until the liquid has a slightly creamy consistency.
- Place the potatoes in a heat-resistant dish, cover them with grated cheese or small pieces of cheese, and then sprinkle with a few flakes of butter. ≈ 3 min
- Place the gratin in a preheated oven at 180–190 °C and bake for approximately 50 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and golden brown.
