Directions
- Preheat the oven to 200 °C.
- Slice the eggplants thinly and the onion into small pieces. ≈ 8 min
- Arrange the eggplants and onions on a griddle covered with parchment paper. ≈ 3 min
- Bake in the oven for 20 to 30 minutes, or until the eggplants are tender and slightly browned.
- Allow the eggplants and onion to cool.
- Peel the eggplants and onion, then blend them with the tahini, garlic, lemon juice, and cumin. ≈ 8 min
- Add the olive oil to soften the mixture. ≈ 3 min
- Mix thoroughly until you achieve a smooth consistency. ≈ 4 min
