Directions
- Wash the asparagus, trim the ends, and cook them for 5 to 8 minutes in salted water.
- Cut the avocados in half, remove the pit, and scoop out the flesh. Blend the flesh with the orange juice, salt, and paprika using an immersion blender. ≈ 8 min
- Peel the new onions, slice them thinly, season them with salt, and mix them with the butter. Grill the bread slices.
- Combine the lemon juice, oil paint, salt, and pepper. Drain the asparagus, arrange them on a plate, and drizzle with the vinaigrette. ≈ 4 min
- Spread the grilled bread slices with butter and onion, and serve with the avocado sauce and asparagus.
