Directions
- First, the almonds are soaked in boiling water, then they are drained and the skins are removed after a few minutes.
- Wash the apricots and peel them; blanch the asparagus and arrange it on a serving plate. ≈ 8 min
- Melt the margarine over low heat, then add the sugar.
- Add the apricots, garlic, walnuts, lemon juice, and 2-3 tablespoons of water. ≈ 3 min
- Cook for about 10 minutes, stirring frequently.
