Directions

  1. Prepare the crepe batter by mixing the flour, eggs, milk, and water. Let it rest for 30 minutes.
  2. Heat a pan and pour in 1.5 litres of dough. Cook over high heat for 30 seconds on each side.
  3. Enjoy the crepes to ensure they are cooked to your liking. If necessary, cut them in half with a butter knife and fold them over. ≈ 3 min
  4. Place one half of a ham slice on one half of a crepe. ≈ 3 min
  5. Place 2 to 3 asparagus spears on top of the ham. ≈ 3 min
  6. Cover the asparagus with a thin layer of dough, and add the remaining half of the dough. Add a little water if needed. ≈ 3 min
  7. Cover the pan with a lid and let it cook for a few minutes until the cheese has melted.
