- In a pan, heat the oil and add the fresh garlic and green asparagus.
- Cook over medium heat until they begin to take on some color. ≈ 3 min
- Add the shrimp, cook them with the vegetables, season with salt, and set aside.
- Crack the eggs and mix them in a bowl. ≈ 4 min
- In a large pan, add the asparagus and garlic and cook over high heat.
- Once the vegetables are heated through, add the eggs, season with salt, and let them cook for a few seconds until the whites are set. ≈ 2 min
- Turn off the heat and mix well with a spatula, breaking up the egg yolk, then serve. ≈ 4 min
