Directions
- We sauté onions and apples, cook milk and eggs, and then mix everything together.
- In this way, combine the ground apple bread, cheese, onion, and chives, and mix them together to form a dough. ≈ 4 min
- Season with salt and pepper. ≈ 2 min
- If necessary, you can add a little flour to thicken the dough.
- Shape the dough into small balls, then slowly fry them in oil.
