Directions
- Wash the apples, cut them into thin slices, place them in a container (preferably enamel), pour cold water over them, and bring to a boil.
- Remove the pot from the heat and let it rest for 2 to 3 hours, until it softens.
- Filter the liquid through a fine sieve, add sugar, honey, yeast, and cinnamon, then cover the container with a dishcloth or towel and place it in a cool place to ferment. ≈ 2 min
- Allow to ferment for 2 to 3 days, then filter again and pour into bottles. ≈ 3 min
- Seal tightly and store in the refrigerator for 5 to 6 days.
- It is recommended to serve the liqueur chilled.
