Directions
- Peel the apples and cut them into small pieces. ≈ 8 min
- Mix all the ingredients except the flour and baking powder, and let rest in the refrigerator overnight.
- The next day, add the remaining ingredients and mix well. ≈ 4 min
- If the batter is too thick, add a little apple juice. ≈ 3 min
- Grease the pans with butter and flour, or line them with parchment paper. ≈ 3 min
- Divide the batter between the two pans. ≈ 3 min
- Bake at about 175 degrees Celsius for about 90 to 95 minutes, covering the cake with aluminum foil, then remove the foil for the last 10 to 15 minutes so it browns lightly.
