Apple and potato galettes, made with spelt and rolled oats
Vegetarian potato cakes: mashed potatoes, spelt flour, and rolled oats mixed equally, seasoned with savory and soy sauce, and pan-fried until golden brown.
These German potato cakes combine mashed potatoes, spelt, and rolled oats in equal parts. Soy sauce, vegetable broth, and a touch of chili peppers add a savory kick, while sautéed onions and tomatoes make them even more tender.
