Directions
- Peel the potatoes and boil them. Mash them with butter, salt, and pepper to create a puree.
- Knead the dough, then roll it out into small, hand-sized discs. ≈ 4 min
- Cook each pancake in a hot, dry pan for about 1 to 2 minutes per side, being careful not to overcook them. Cover them with a dishcloth after cooking to prevent them from breaking when folded.
- Spread half of the cooked pancake with mashed potatoes, then fold the other half over. ≈ 10 min
