Directions
- The day before, soak the beans in water that covers them.
- Drain them before cooking.
- In the pressure cooker, combine the beans, plantain, carrots, onion, pig’s feet or bacon, oil paint, and tomato sauce. Cover with water and cook.
- When the valve starts to whistle, reduce the heat and continue cooking for another 30 minutes, then add the hogao if you wish, and season to your liking.
