Andalusian-style tuna and egg dish
A fresh salad of tomatoes, onions, and hard-boiled eggs, bound with a dressing made from egg yolk and vinegar, and topped with olive oil-marinated tuna.
Pipirrana is a refreshing Spanish salad made with tomatoes, onions, and hard-boiled eggs. A small amount of chopped herbs, tuna, and olive oil make it flavorful, and it is best served cold.
