Directions

  1. Wash, peel, and chop the vegetables and bread into small pieces. ≈ 8 min
  2. In a bowl, set aside a third of the cucumber, a third of each pepper, and one tomato for the filling. ≈ 3 min
  3. Combine all the ingredients to create a smooth puree. ≈ 4 min
  4. Add water and refrigerate for an hour.
  5. Finely dice the ingredients that will be used, and present them separately in small bowls or ramekins to enhance the gazpacho. ≈ 8 min
