Directions
- Melt the butter with the sugar, then add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- When mixing, add the flour, crushed biscuits, and breadcrumbs. ≈ 3 min
- Pour, or the batter into the muffin tins. ≈ 3 min
- Turn on the oven and preheat it to 175 °C. Bake for approximately 30 minutes.
- Once cooked, remove from the oven and allow to cool.
- Prepare a glaze using powdered sugar and a small amount of water. ≈ 3 min
- Add one tablespoon of liqueur to each pastry. ≈ 3 min
- Add a spoonful of raspberry jam on top, perhaps after creating a small indentation. ≈ 3 min
- Remove the lid from the jam. ≈ 3 min
