Directions
- Beat the milk with 2 whole eggs and 2 egg yolks, a pinch of salt and sugar. ≈ 4 min
- Add a few tablespoons of water if needed. ≈ 3 min
- Wash, drain, and add the acacia flowers (to taste) to the dough. ≈ 2 min
- The other two proteins are then added to the mixture, and they are gently incorporated into the dough. ≈ 3 min
- In a pan, melt the margarine and cook the crêpes, which should be about 2mm thick.
