Directions

  1. Cooking time: approximately 15 minutes.
  2. Oven temperature: electric oven: 220 °C; gas oven: adjust the flame to “5” or “1/2”.
  3. Heat the syrup with the water.
  4. Next, mix all the ingredients together. ≈ 4 min
  5. It is best to allow the dough to rest for a few hours in a cool place, so that all the flavors can fully develop.
  6. Then, spread it out on a floured work surface to a thickness of 3 mm, and cut out rectangles measuring 3 x 8 cm from the dough. ≈ 8 min
  7. Grease the baking dish, then arrange the dough pieces on top and bake.
  8. This will result in approximately 65 to 70 prints. ≈ 3 min
