Directions

  1. Beat the butter and sugar until light and fluffy. ≈ 4 min
  2. Add the egg and vanilla, then mix well. ≈ 4 min
  3. Add the flour, salt and baking powder. The mixture should form a soft dough that doesn’t stick to your fingers. ≈ 3 min
  4. Add the chocolate chips and gently fold them in to distribute them evenly. ≈ 4 min
  5. Divide the dough evenly between two bowls. ≈ 3 min
  6. In one bowl, mix in the M&M’s. ≈ 4 min
  7. Set both doughs aside. ≈ 3 min
  8. Mix the brownie mix with the eggs, oil and water. It should form a very thick batter, slightly softer than a cookie dough. Set aside. ≈ 4 min
  9. Line a baking sheet with paper towels. ≈ 3 min
  10. Peel and roughly chop the apple, then transfer it to the baking sheet. Fold the kitchen towel in half. Set aside for 1 hour.
  11. Mix the sugar, cinnamon and flour in a bowl. ≈ 4 min
  12. Add the apples and toss by hand to coat them well. Set aside. ≈ 4 min
  13. In a bowl, whisk the egg and sugar until smooth. ≈ 4 min
  14. Add the remaining ingredients and mix until evenly combined. Set aside. ≈ 4 min
  15. Whisk the butter and sugar until light and fluffy. ≈ 4 min
  16. Mix in the remaining ingredients until smooth. Set aside. ≈ 4 min
  17. Mix all the ingredients until smooth. Set aside. ≈ 4 min
  18. Preheat the oven to 150 °C (302 °F).
  19. Cut the parchment paper into a rectangle the size of your baking dish. Using a pencil and a ruler, divide the paper into 8 equal sections: cut it in half lengthwise and into four widthwise, as shown in the diagram. Label the sections as described in the diagram. ≈ 3 min
  20. Grease the baking dish and line it with the labeled paper. ≈ 3 min
  21. Shape the two cookie doughs into rectangles measuring 11.5 x 16.5 cm. Line the doughs up side by side, following their respective sections. ≈ 10 min
  22. Break the graham crackers into small rectangles. Stand them on their sides along the edges of the s’mores section, pressing them against the cookie dough to hold them in place. This creates a kind of wall to contain the s’mores section. ≈ 3 min
  23. Place two graham crackers at the bottom of the s’mores section to make the base. Then spread the chocolate over them and sprinkle with marshmallows. ≈ 2 min
  24. Spread the brownie batter over its section. It should be firm enough to hold its shape. Using damp hands or a spatula, gently press the right side of the batter so it lines up neatly with the right side of the M&M’s cookie dough. ≈ 4 min
  25. If necessary, press the pastry sheets together so they are large enough to cover both the pumpkin pie and apple pie sections. Press the pastry against the right side of the pan so that it covers these two sections and reaches all three sides. Trim off any excess pastry if needed. ≈ 3 min
  26. Use a long strip of pastry, laid on its side, to build a wall between the pie section and the rest of the pan. Press to seal it to the existing pastry. In the same way, use another strip of pastry to build a wall between the pumpkin and apple sections so the fillings don’t mix. Press to seal. ≈ 4 min
  27. Divide the apple pie and pumpkin pie fillings between their respective sections. ≈ 3 min
  28. Build walls with graham crackers around the cheesecake section, and cover the bottom with graham crackers. Spread the cheesecake mixture over the top. ≈ 4 min
  29. Spread the banana bread batter into the last remaining section. ≈ 3 min
  30. Bake in the preheated oven for one hour. Transfer to a wire rack and let cool completely.
  31. Cut into 32 squares (4 squares along the longer sides, 8 squares along the shorter sides). ≈ 8 min
