- Cut the sponge cake into slices about 1 cm thick. ≈ 8 min
- Mix water, alcohol, and orange juice. ≈ 4 min
- Fluff the ricotta with a fork until it has a creamy consistency. ≈ 3 min
- Place the slices of bread on the plate, reserving some for later use. ≈ 3 min
- Soak the cake in the mixture of water, liqueur, and juice.
