Directions
- Peel the zucchini, remove the seeds, and chop them into small pieces. ≈ 8 min
- Chop the apple, onion, and bell pepper into small pieces, then put them in a pot along with the zucchini and all the other ingredients. ≈ 8 min
- Bring to a boil, then reduce the heat and simmer over medium heat, stirring frequently, until the mixture thickens, about 45 to 55 minutes.
- Using a ladle, pour into jars, seal, and store in the refrigerator.
