Directions

  1. Soak the beans in water for 12 hours.
  2. Drain, cover with water, and cook for 45 minutes with salt.
  3. Cut the white cabbage into large pieces, cook in salted water, and drain.
  4. Fry the tofu, cut into large chunks, in the peanut oil until it is golden brown.
  5. Cook the tofu and cabbage, add the mustard, salt, and herb mix, and simmer for 45 minutes.
  6. Add the navy beans, and cook for 15 minutes.
  7. Enjoy the potée while it’s still very hot. ≈ 3 min
