The vlaflip consists of layers of custard, yogurt, and fruit in large glasses. Here are three variations, from the simplest to the most elaborate.

Simple version
Version with fruit

Mango and strawberry version

Directions
Simple version
- Pour a small amount of lemonade syrup at the bottom of the glass. ≈ 3 min
- Add a layer of yogurt, followed by a layer of vanilla pudding. ≈ 3 min
Version with fruit
- Finely chop the strawberries and kiwifruit in a food processor, separately. ≈ 8 min
- Mix the strawberries with a container of Bulgarian yogurt, and the kiwis with the other container. ≈ 4 min
- Fill the glasses layer by layer with the different mousses, and finish with the two fruit yogurts. ≈ 10 min
Mango and strawberry version
- Peel the mango with a peeler, then blend half of the flesh and dice the remaining part. ≈ 8 min
- Wash the strawberries, remove the stems, and cut them in half. ≈ 8 min
- Drain the fruit in syrup, then add it to the strawberry mixture. ≈ 4 min
- Divide the half of this mixture between two glasses. ≈ 3 min
- Whip the cream until it forms soft peaks, then gently fold it into the full-fat yogurt. ≈ 4 min
- Layer the yogurt cream, mango puree, vanilla custard, remaining strawberries, and mango pieces in the glasses. ≈ 3 min
