Directions
- Separate the egg whites from the yolks. Beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form in a clean bowl, then gradually add the finely sifted sugar. ≈ 10 min
- Add the yolks, a little lemon zest, and the sifted flour with the yeast, then mix gently. ≈ 4 min
- Divide the dough into small paper molds and bake in a preheated oven at a low temperature for 20 to 30 minutes.
