Directions

  1. First, prepare the fish (the fish to be cooked) and cut it into pieces.
  2. Add a small amount of water to a bowl, then mix in the curry. ≈ 4 min
  3. Then, add salt, pepper, ground ginger, chili powder, and ginger juice. ≈ 3 min
  4. Mix thoroughly. ≈ 4 min
  5. After thoroughly peeling the coconuts, I then placed the walnuts in a pot with water and cooked them for 3 to 4 minutes.
  6. Approximately 1 to 2 hours.

  • 1/2 cup of spring water (water slightly mixed with snow)
  • 2-3 peppercorns
  • 1/4 cup of water infused with ginger
  • 1/4 cup of finely chopped green chili peppers
  • 1/4 cup of shredded coconut
  • 1 tablespoon of curry leaves
  • 1/4 teaspoon of turmeric powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon of chili powder
  • salt needed
