Directions
- Preheat the oven to 190 degrees Celsius.
- In a hot pan, add the spinach and cook until it is tender.
- Season with a pinch of salt and pepper. ≈ 2 min
- Use a food processor to reduce the cashew nuts into a paste.
- Add tofu, nutritional yeast, soy milk, and turmeric powder, then mix well. ≈ 4 min
- Combine the products from steps 2 and 3, then add salt and pepper to season. ≈ 4 min
- Place the dough in a pie dish, then pour the mixture in the center, spreading it evenly, and sprinkle with paprika and tomato slices. ≈ 2 min
- Place in the oven and bake for approximately 30 to 40 minutes.
