Directions
- Continue to cook the onion in the oil paint until it softens.
- Add all the ingredients to the pan, except for the oatmeal, and mix well. Then, cook for about 5 minutes.
- Add the oatmeal, mix well, and let it cook for another 5 minutes.
- Cover the pan or pot and let it rest for 1 hour.
- Prepare approximately 15 small pancakes, about the size of a half-glass, preferably using wet hands, and arrange them on a greased baking sheet. ≈ 10 min
- Bake for 35 minutes at 180 °C, then flip and bake for another 15 minutes, or pan-fry both sides until golden brown.
- You can freeze the pancakes if you don’t use the entire batch. ≈ 3 min
